Welcome to Professional Image Styles! I am Nykol, I have been a hairstylist in the DMV for more than 20 years. After working under other salon owners, I decided it was time to create my brand and give clients a different perspective on the salon experience. So 19 years ago I created Professional Image Styles, a unique salon experience providing you the clients with the attention your hair deserves. My motto is “Healthy Hair First!” My specialties include but are not limited to, short cuts, relaxed and natural hair, hair treatments, color, and blow-outs. I am passionate about my craft, and I guarantee you will be amazed and look stunning after each visit! Thank You for visiting ‘Professional Image Styles’ where your IMAGE will be at its best! Important: Because of limited space and safety concerns, Professional Image Styles maintains a strict NO CHILDREN/EXTRA GUESTS policy. NO EXCEPTIONS (except Caregivers). Appointments can be made for teens ages 15-17 by a parent or guardian. Influance Hair Care and Olaplex at-home products are available for retail. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 80% cancellation fee for any appointments not canceled before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. I charge 100% for appointments that are made Same Day/Waitlist and No-Shows. Sorry, No Exceptions. Deposits: Deposits are NON-Refundable. You may transfer your deposit ONE TIME ONLY If you reschedule within the allowed timeframe of rescheduling…i.e…If you Cancel your appointment after 48 hours you lose your chance to reschedule with your deposit and you MUST pay the additional (Total 80%) charges. To Re-Book a new deposit must be made. ***All Deposits Are Made When Making Your Appointment.
